We were traveling from Taylorsville Ky. We had never visited this area and I keep asking myself why. We walked in the door and was greeted with a friendly face then it only continued to get better. This Inn is beyond clean, unique, and comfortable and can’t even say enough about the hospitality. Carol, the owner, is an amazing woman, she greeted my husband and I the first night of our stay after watching a performance at the Jackson theater. She has the personality that calms you and welcomes you into her home. After an amazing day, the next morning we were greeted with coffee and talking with other guests while Carol was making sure that all her guests were being taken care of. She serves breakfast in an amazing dining room with a five star breakfast. I truly can’t say enough about the Inn and Carol and her staff. This was my husband’s and I first experience, we will definitely be returning. Carol’s personality and hospitality along with her amazing furry friends. Carol had such well behaved pets and my husband and I were so honored to be apart of the experience. Truly thank you again Carol for creating a great weekend for us.

Today marks 1 month since my daughter got married in Limestone. My friends and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Historic Eureka Inn in Jonesborough for the week of the wedding. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about the owner Carol, and her wonderful side kick, Aaron.

They are the best! Carol is not only a marvelous host, concierge, manager, and entertainer, she is also an easy made friend who treats her guests like family. Aaron is super cool, helpful, attentive, and honestly one of the best breakfast cooks I’ve had the pleasure of dining with.

The hotel is beautiful – and we were greeted with a tour. My group stayed in the Jury Room which was the perfect size for 3 ladies! The pups, Liberty and Murphy are absolutely precious with their doggy smiles and wagging bottoms happily greeting us throughout our stay. I HIGHLY recommend the Eureka Inn – it is THE place to stay in Jonesborough.

While I’ve taken liberties with the exact verbage, this summarizes the sincere greeting we received from Carol when we arrived at the Eureka Inn. But, they’d already thought of everything!
 
I loved our uniquely decorated room and the comfy bed where we could adjust the temperature to our liking. But it was the small personal touches that earned my loyalty; like the makeup-specific black washcloth. Truly, a seemingly small insignificant detail; but when we reached our final destination, a 4-star resort that provided no similar type item, I felt cheated. Our Eureka Inn experience was far more special.
 
Sadly, we were guest for only one weekday night, so were unable to enjoy the Eureka Inn’s beautiful courtyard or other amenities. However, before our unhurried checkout, we were treated to a relaxing morning in the parlor enjoying coffee and delicious yogurt parfaits; while we shared stories and laughter with our hosts and another guest.
We arrived at the Eureka Inn as strangers but we left feeling we had made new friends. We look forward to visiting again and enjoying a longer stay.
